Imagin life as game in which you are juggling some five balls in the air. You name them – Work, Family, Health, Friends and Spiri and you are keeping all of these in the Air.
You will soon understand that work is a rubber ball. If you drop it, it will bounce back.
But the other four balls – Family, Health, Friends, and spirit – are made of glass. If you drop one of these; they will be irrevocably scuffed, marked, nicked, damaged or even shattered. They will never be the same. You must understand that and strive for it.
WORK EFFICIENTLY DURING OFFICE HOURS AND LEAVE ON TIME. GIVE THE REQUIRED TIME TO YOUR FAMILY, FRIENDS AND HAVE PROPER REST.

Next time Someone said a blog, I’m hoping that it doesnt disappoint me approximately this one. Air cleaner will add, I know it was my replacement for read, but I personally thought youd have something interesting to suggest. All I hear can be described as several whining about something you could fix if you happen to werent too busy hunting for attention.
Your post was short but very meaningful. It seems like you’ve gone through a lot to come up with such deep thoughts. As for me, I try to protect these glass balls with a soft cushion called learning and forgiveness. Nevertheless, it is always best to not spend too much time on one thing and make sure there is balance. Do you think it’s easier said than done?

I totally agree. I have been telling my husband that work and money are not essential in this life. Yes they may help us survive and get through tough times but family should always come first. It is my conscious decision to take care of my child personally as I would want to experience his milestones in his life as I sit close by.

The problem with men is that they tend to get so absorbed by their work, that they struggle to switch off when at home. A bigger problem is when you’re working from home and there’s no distinction between your work environment and your family environment. I have had that problem before I retired and now two of my three sons have the same problem. They are self-employed and work from home. The one managed to get some distinction between his office (at home) and his family space and his two small kids (2 and 4 years old) have learned that Daddy is not available when he’s in his office. On the bright side working from home does have many advantages as far as family life is concerned. You can spend more time with your family, no question about that. Finally, what happens to family life when both parents have full-time jobs?
Emily I agreed on you. If you have child for sure you will look up their future. But having those things is not important. What you can give to your family is the best bonding and a love for them. Majority of the child was rebel because of the lack of love, time, bonding and supervision of the parents. I salute on you Emily for being such a nice mom to your children. Thanks

This is where Work-Life balance comes in. It’s really important to have quality time with our family and friends. And yes, we have to take care of ourselves and spend time with spiritual matters. It’s just hard to do this if you have so many goals in life and you end up throwing all of your time on it to achieve them.
Very good job and nicely carried out!
How did you make your site look this cool. Email me if you can and share your wisdom. Id be appreciative!
